- Herbert Weinberg served as a law clerk to a bankruptcy judge and then spent ten years in the bankruptcy department of a sophisticated downtown Boston law firm before joining Rosenberg & Weinberg.
- Bill Jacob spent almost six years practicing with a bankruptcy attorney who is now one of the leading bankruptcy judges in Massachusetts, and has been practicing bankruptcy law for 26 years. Bill has also spent significant time in representing creditors in litigation and collection, including foreclosure sales.
- Patrick Martin joined Rosenberg & Weinberg in 2008 after graduating cum laude from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he served as a senior associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2007 and to the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts in 2008.
- Carrie Lilley graduated from Massachusetts Law School and earned a license to practice law in Massachusetts in 2009. Aside from being an attorney, Carrie is a Federally Certified Spanish Court Interpreter who has hosted a seminar entitled “Applying the Law to Interpreting” for the New Mexico Interpreters Conference in 2010.
- John F. Cullen was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts in 1977.
- Founding partner Jason Rosenberg is retired, but serves as a resource and an inspiration to the firm. Mr. Rosenberg earned his undergraduate degree at Duquesne University and his law degree at Boston University.
