Herbert Weinberg, Attorney at Law
Herbert Weinberg is the managing partner of Rosenberg & Weinberg. Mr. Weinberg attended law school at Boston University, where he served as the managing editor of the National Jewish Law Review from 1986 to 1987. He later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold Lavien, a United States bankruptcy judge for the District of Massachusetts from 1987 to 1989.
24 years of first-hand insight into bankruptcy law has allowed Mr. Weinberg to assist debtors and creditors attempting to navigate the ins and outs of the consumer and commercial bankruptcy code. Mr. Weinberg continues to represent creditors and debtors nationwide in large and complex bankruptcies involving significant assets and large-scale operations.
