Patrick J. Martin has been an associate with Rosenberg & Weinberg since 2008, and specializes in representing individuals in bankruptcy in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He has successfully assisted multiple individuals with significant assets with reorganizing their finances in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Weinberg, Attorney Martin worked for a general practice law firm in its litigation department, where he assisted in the settlement of a $4.3 million personal injury case. During law school, he served as a senior associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
Attorney Martin was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2007 and to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2008.
